 ITINERARY

DAY 1: NAIROBI – LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK.

Pick up from your confirmed point in the Nairobi area and be transferred to our office for Adventure Kenya and Tanzania Safaris briefing and introduction to your Kenya Safari driver guide, depart Nairobi with a stopover at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to see the escarpment wall, descent and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park with the views of Mount Longonot, Lake Naivasha and Lake Elementaita while on the main highway.

Arrive at Lake Nakuru National Park’s main gate for registration in the late morning to enjoy an afternoon game drive en route to Lake Nakuru Lodge for check-in, Hot Lunch, and a Little siesta. Evening enjoys another Adventure Kenya and Tanzania safari with a visit to Rhino Sanctuary, Baboon viewpoint cliff, and the lake to watch the Flamingoes. Late evening return to the lodge for dinner, Bonfire, and overnight.

DAY 2: LAKE NAKURU – MAASAI MARA GAME RESERVE.

Breakfast at Lake Nakuru National Park with great views of the lake and the sunrise, check out and depart Lake Nakuru National Park with a game drive en route to the main gate, exit Lake Nakuru National Park with a stopover at Lake Naivasha for an optional boat ride to watch the birds and hippos, drive via Narok to arrive at Masai Mara Game Reserve Mara Chui Resort for check-in, hot lunch, and a little siesta.

The Adventure Kenya and Tanzania safari are scheduled for evening game viewing across mara game reserve which is well known for the annual great migration of wildebeest and zebras from Serengeti National Park in the month of July and October. Enjoy the game viewing till late evening, witness the sunrise, and drive back to Mara Chui Resort for Dinner, Bonfire, and overnight.

DAY 3: MASAI MARA GAME RESERVE.

Breakfast at the Mara Chui Resort, collect a packed picnic lunch box, and drive to Masai Mara game reserve for a full-day Adventure Kenya and Tanzania safari experience, Transverse Masai Mara game reserve with up-close encounters of wild animals, and Photography till you reach the Mara River in mid-afternoon. Mara River is always the point of the crossing during the Great Migration period, see the hippos and Crocodiles at the Riverbanks.

Break for a picnic lunch in the wilderness near the mara river and continue with the full-day experience till evening, exit Masai Mara Game Reserve, and drive to the Camp for an optional activity such as a visit to the local community, Nature walk, or relaxation at Mara Chui Resort, late dinner, bonfire and overnight at the same Camp.

DAY 4: MASAI MARA– SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK.

Early breakfast at  Mara Chui Resort, check out with a packed picnic lunch box for a final Adventure Kenya and Tanzania safari experience in Masai Mara Game Reserve as you transverse from Ololaimutai Gate with several wild animals encounters exiting Masai Mara Game Reserve at Ololoo Gate for a drive to Kenya Tanzania Isebania border for Immigration and introduction to Tanzania Safari driver Guide.

After immigration leaves the Isebania border for a drive to Serengeti National Park to arrive at the Tarime gate for registration in the evening, enjoy a great evening game viewing in Serengeti National Park with a few sightseeing to Arrive at Central Serengeti Wild Camp in time for check-in, dinner, Bonfire and overnight.

DAY 5: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK.

Serengeti National Park is famous for the massive migration of the wildebeest, Zebras, and Gazelles in search of a new green pasture as per the rainfalls followed by predators Lions, Leopards, and Cheetahs. After breakfast, your guide will have the packed picnic lunches ready as the day is dedicated to a full-day Adventure Kenya and Tanzania safari experience in search of the herds of migration with the help of the guide.

Enjoy game viewing along the mara river, along the Grumeti River, visit the Hippo pools and several Serengeti Kopjes where the Pride of Lions are often seen, in the late evening full of Adventure Kenya and Tanzania driver back to Serengeti wild camp located at central Serengeti for an optional activity, dinner, Bonfire and overnight.

DAY 6: SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CRATER.

Breakfast at Serengeti Wild Camp check out with packed picnic lunches and enjoy another Serengeti National Game viewing in Central Serengeti and en route to Northern Serengeti where you will exit Serengeti National Park in the noon with an optional stopover at Olduvai Gorge and drive to Ngorongoro Conservancy area at Rhino Lodge for Dinner, Bonfire and overnight.

DAY 7: NGORONGORO CRATER – ARUSHA.

Breakfast at Ngorongoro Rhino Lodge with brighter views of the Ngorongoro Crater which is one of the seven wonders of the world hosting the largest number of Mammals and Predators among them the big five the African Elephants, Few Black Rhinos, Leopard, Lions, Buffalos, Hippos, Crocodiles, Flamingos, Zebras, Giraffes among other great wildlife species.

Enjoy a 6 hours thrilling game viewing down to the crater Rim to enjoy the picnic lunches with great views, after the extensive game drive ascend with the final game for the adventure Kenya and Tanzania safari, Exit Ngorongoro crater and drive to Arusha town where the tour will end with a drop off at your Arusha destination.
